A little present from me to you :
Gaudi planned and directed the construction of the park in Barcelona from 1900 to 1914 for Count Eusebio Güell.
The park was originally part of a commercially unsuccessful housing site. Only three lots were sold: two for the home of Trias family, and other that Gaudí purchase for himself in 1906, and now it is a museum dedicated to Gaudi.
This park is a place of great plastic beauty. A grand stairway divided by a mythological dragon or lizard leads to the large hypostyle hall.
This is built with 84 inclined columns. These in turn support the great upper plaza, a fine balcony over-looking the city and the sea.
The large plaza is delimited by an extraordinary balustrade-bench which twists in serpentine manner to form winding course, recesses and small semi-enclosed areas where the facing of brightly colored ceramics creates a spectacular collage which seems to have anticipated a vein explored later avant-garde artists.
I found Antoni Gaudi is a genius, a flash of early 3-D design 100 years ago invented here! Inspirred by nature, playing with colors, he designed not only objects, houses and buildings but the whole city is Gaudi.
His fame on a world scale has become an unquestioned fact both in specialised circles and among the general public

All you knit is LoVe
On the way to Picaso museum, a small little street behind the museu where you have to follow through till it brings you to the Picaso musea, brings me into this small wool shops.
All you knit is love, is a passion to express my love to crochet. Here you found a place where your dream comes true, a traditional waving machine lays on the corner. Everywhere, colorfull lovely traditional homemade, local yarn.
A friendly warm seller who made you feels homy, you don't need any pattern to knit ~ all you need (knit) is love, as the name of the shop said.
I bought a Malabrigo merino worsted yarn 2 colors for 2, a merino yarn produce in Uruguay. From here I know that the best quality of merino sheep are not only from Aussie.A very beautifull moment, in a precious time I will definetely coming back next time I visit Barcelona, otherwise he will set an online shop very soon, then I can buy it online.
